{"id":15250,"date":"2026-04-30T12:19:20","date_gmt":"2026-04-30T10:19:20","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/industria.airmatic.es\/motors-dimant-permanent-i-el-seu-paper-real-a-lestalvi-energetic\/"},"modified":"2026-04-30T13:29:16","modified_gmt":"2026-04-30T11:29:16","slug":"motors-dimant-permanent-i-el-seu-paper-real-a-lestalvi-energetic","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/industria.airmatic.es\/ca\/motors-dimant-permanent-i-el-seu-paper-real-a-lestalvi-energetic\/","title":{"rendered":"Motors d&#8217;imant permanent i el seu paper real a l&#8217;estalvi energ\u00e8tic"},"content":{"rendered":"<p data-start=\"501\" data-end=\"768\">Durant molts anys, el motor as\u00edncron ha estat l&#8217;est\u00e0ndard a la majoria d&#8217;instal\u00b7lacions d&#8217;aire comprimit industrial. \u00c9s una tecnologia robusta, fiable i perfectament v\u00e0lida en entorns on les condicions de treball romanen relativament estables.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"770\" data-end=\"865\">Tot i aix\u00f2, la realitat d&#8217;una instal\u00b7laci\u00f3 industrial poques vegades respon a aquest escenari ideal.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"867\" data-end=\"1236\">A la majoria de plantes productives, la demanda d&#8217;aire comprimit fluctua constantment: canvia entre torns, varia segons el proc\u00e9s actiu, dep\u00e8n de l&#8217;\u00fas simultani d&#8217;equips pneum\u00e0tics i fins i tot es veu afectada per petites fuites inevitables a qualsevol xarxa. \u00c9s en aquest context din\u00e0mic on apareixen les difer\u00e8ncies reals entre tecnologies d&#8217;accionament.<\/p>\n<h3 data-section-id=\"k7t014\" data-start=\"1243\" data-end=\"1315\">Per qu\u00e8 el motor as\u00edncron perd efici\u00e8ncia fora del punt \u00f2ptim<\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"1317\" data-end=\"1646\">El funcionament d&#8217;un motor as\u00edncron es basa en la generaci\u00f3 d&#8217;un camp magn\u00e8tic al rotor mitjan\u00e7ant inducci\u00f3 el\u00e8ctrica des de l&#8217;estator. Aquest principi de funcionament implica necess\u00e0riament p\u00e8rdues energ\u00e8tiques internes: part de lenergia subministrada es transforma en calor en lloc de convertir-se en treball \u00fatil.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1648\" data-end=\"1894\">Quan el compressor treballa al punt nominal, aquestes p\u00e8rdues s\u00f3n assumibles i el rendiment \u00e9s correcte. El problema apareix quan l&#8217;equip opera fora d&#8217;aquest punt, cosa que passa habitualment en instal\u00b7lacions reals amb demanda variable.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1896\" data-end=\"2146\">En aquestes condicions, el rendiment disminueix progressivament i el consum espec\u00edfic del sistema augmenta. Aix\u00f2 significa que l\u201fefici\u00e8ncia te\u00f2rica indicada en cat\u00e0leg no sempre coincideix amb l\u201fefici\u00e8ncia real obtinguda durant l\u201foperaci\u00f3 di\u00e0ria.<\/p>\n<h3 data-section-id=\"33b1sw\" data-start=\"2153\" data-end=\"2220\">La millora estructural que aporten els motors d&#8217;imant permanent<\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"2222\" data-end=\"2544\">Els motors d&#8217;imant permanent representen una evoluci\u00f3 important respecte dels motors as\u00edncrons tradicionals. En aquest tipus de motors, el camp magn\u00e8tic del rotor ja \u00e9s present de forma permanent gr\u00e0cies a la incorporaci\u00f3 d&#8217;imants, cosa que elimina la necessitat d&#8217;induir corrent al rotor per generar-lo.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2546\" data-end=\"2657\">Aquesta difer\u00e8ncia aparentment senzilla t\u00e9 conseq\u00fc\u00e8ncies molt rellevants en termes defici\u00e8ncia energ\u00e8tica. En reduir-se les p\u00e8rdues internes associades a la inducci\u00f3, el motor treballa amb m\u00e9s rendiment, genera menys calor i mant\u00e9 un comportament m\u00e9s estable quan varia la c\u00e0rrega. A m\u00e9s, la seva resposta davant de canvis de velocitat \u00e9s m\u00e9s precisa, cosa especialment important en aplicacions amb regulaci\u00f3 mitjan\u00e7ant variador de velocitat.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"3004\" data-end=\"3131\">Tot i aix\u00f2, el salt tecnol\u00f2gic actual ja no consisteix \u00fanicament a passar de motors as\u00edncrons a motors d&#8217;imant permanent, sin\u00f3 que la difer\u00e8ncia est\u00e0 en el disseny del propi motor PM.<\/p>\n<h3 data-section-id=\"1p628r3\" data-start=\"3196\" data-end=\"3267\">Motors IPM: efici\u00e8ncia sostinguda a tot el rang de funcionament<\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"3269\" data-end=\"3562\">Els motors IPM (Interior Permanent Magnet) incorporen els imants a l&#8217;interior del rotor en lloc de situar-los a la superf\u00edcie. Aquest disseny permet un control m\u00e9s prec\u00eds del camp magn\u00e8tic i millora significativament el comportament del motor en condicions de funcionament variables.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"3564\" data-end=\"3796\">A la pr\u00e0ctica, aix\u00f2 es tradueix en un rendiment m\u00e9s estable en tot el rang de velocitat i en una menor degradaci\u00f3 de l&#8217;efici\u00e8ncia quan el compressor treballa en c\u00e0rrega parcial, cosa molt habitual en entorns industrials reals. Aquest punt \u00e9s especialment important, perqu\u00e8 un compressor poques vegades funciona de forma cont\u00ednua al 100% de la seva capacitat. El m\u00e9s habitual \u00e9s que adapti el seu funcionament a la demanda instant\u00e0nia de la instal\u00b7laci\u00f3, alternant fases de m\u00e9s i menys c\u00e0rrega segons les necessitats del proc\u00e9s productiu.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"3564\" data-end=\"3796\">En aquests moments \u00e9s on es determina el consum energ\u00e8tic real del sistema i \u00e9s tamb\u00e9, en aquests escenaris, on els motors IPM mostren un avantatge clar davant de solucions tradicionals.<\/p>\n<h3 data-section-id=\"ejcmrm\" data-start=\"5143\" data-end=\"5214\">El paper del variador de velocitat en lefici\u00e8ncia real del sistema<\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"5216\" data-end=\"5495\">Tot i la import\u00e0ncia del motor, l&#8217;efici\u00e8ncia global del sistema no dep\u00e8n exclusivament d&#8217;aquest component. El variador de velocitat (VSD) t\u00e9 un paper fonamental en permetre adaptar la producci\u00f3 d&#8217;aire comprimit a la demanda real de la instal\u00b7laci\u00f3 a cada moment.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"5497\" data-end=\"5680\">No obstant aix\u00f2, perqu\u00e8 aquesta regulaci\u00f3 sigui realment eficient, el variador necessita treballar amb un motor capa\u00e7 de mantenir un bon rendiment en tot el rang de funcionament.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"5682\" data-end=\"5942\">Quan tots dos elements treballen de manera conjunta, el sistema aconsegueix reduir significativament el temps de funcionament en buit, millorar l&#8217;estabilitat de pressi\u00f3 a la xarxa i ajustar el consum energ\u00e8tic a les necessitats reals del proc\u00e9s productiu.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"5944\" data-end=\"6071\">El resultat no \u00e9s nom\u00e9s una millora puntual de lefici\u00e8ncia, sin\u00f3 una optimitzaci\u00f3 global del comportament del sistema.<\/p>\n<h3 data-section-id=\"1k1zlmr\" data-start=\"6078\" data-end=\"6139\">L&#8217;efici\u00e8ncia real de l&#8217;aire comprimit comen\u00e7a al motor<\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"6141\" data-end=\"6426\">L&#8217;elecci\u00f3 del tipus de motor influeix directament en aspectes clau del funcionament d&#8217;una instal\u00b7laci\u00f3 d&#8217;aire comprimit, com ara el consum energ\u00e8tic real, la generaci\u00f3 de calor, l&#8217;estr\u00e8s t\u00e8rmic de l&#8217;equip, l&#8217;estabilitat operativa i la vida \u00fatil dels components principals.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"6428\" data-end=\"6611\">Per aquest motiu, el motor ha deixat de ser un element secundari dins del compressor per convertir-se en un dels factors m\u00e9s determinants del cost total de l&#8217;aire comprimit.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"6613\" data-end=\"6904\" data-is-last-node=\"\" data-is-only-node=\"\">En un entorn industrial on la demanda mai no \u00e9s completament estable, la difer\u00e8ncia entre tecnologies no es troba \u00fanicament en el rendiment nominal de l&#8217;equip, sin\u00f3 en la capacitat per mantenir l&#8217;efici\u00e8ncia quan les condicions reals de funcionament canvien constantment.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Durant molts anys, el motor as\u00edncron ha estat l&#8217;est\u00e0ndard a la majoria d&#8217;instal\u00b7lacions d&#8217;aire comprimit industrial. \u00c9s una tecnologia robusta, fiable i perfectament v\u00e0lida en entorns on les condicions de treball romanen relativament estables.
